Extended Trials

50+ User Volume Pricing
Zoho does not publish tiered volume discounts, but deployments of 50+ users can contact Zoho sales for custom pricing discussions. Typical negotiated discounts range from 5-15% off list price, depending on commitment length and total spend.
Multi-Year Commitments
Prepaying for 2-3 years may unlock additional discounts beyond the standard annual billing rate. This is negotiated directly with Zoho sales and is not available through self-service checkout.
End-of-Quarter Timing
Like most SaaS vendors, Zoho sales representatives may be more flexible on pricing at the end of fiscal quarters (March, June, September, December). This applies primarily to enterprise deals negotiated through sales, not self-service purchases.
