How Plans Are Mapped
The calculator uses feature requirements to determine the minimum plan tier on each platform:
Zoho CRM
Email and workflow automation require Standard ($14). Inventory management and process automation (Blueprint) require Professional ($23). AI (Zia) requires Enterprise ($40). Advanced BI requires Ultimate ($52). If team size exceeds 3, Free is excluded.
HubSpot Sales Hub
Basic needs map to Starter ($20/month for 2 seats). Workflow automation, AI, or teams over 5 map to Professional ($890/month base + $25 per additional seat). HubSpot does not offer inventory management or Blueprint-equivalent features natively.
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Basic needs map to Professional ($80/user). AI (Einstein), custom objects, or advanced automation map to Enterprise ($165/user). Inventory management is not native (requires AppExchange).
Pipedrive
Basic email and workflow needs map to Growth ($39/user). Advanced reporting maps to Premium ($49/user). Pipedrive does not offer native AI assistant, inventory management, or process enforcement features.
