Zoho One vs Zoho CRM
Is the Full Suite Worth It? (2026)
Zoho CRM Enterprise costs $40/user/month. Zoho One costs $45/user/month and includes CRM plus 50+ other Zoho apps. The $5/user difference unlocks accounting, support, HR, project management, and more. But there is a catch: all-employee pricing.
ZOHO CRM ENTERPRISE
$40
/user/month
CRM only. Per-user pricing.
ZOHO ONE (ALL-EMPLOYEE)
$45
/employee/month
50+ apps. Must licence every employee.
ZOHO ONE (FLEXIBLE)
$105
/user/month
50+ apps. Per-user, no all-employee requirement.
The All-Employee Pricing Catch
Zoho One at $45/user/month requires a licence for every employee in your company, not just the people who use Zoho apps. This is the single most important factor in the decision.
Example: 50-employee company, 15 CRM users
In this scenario, CRM-only is the cheapest option. Zoho One all-employee is only worth it if most of those 50 employees will actually use Zoho apps (email, HR, project management, accounting, etc.).
What Zoho One Includes (50+ Apps)

CRM, Bigin (pipeline CRM), Bookings, SalesIQ (live chat)

Campaigns (email), Social, Survey, PageSense (A/B testing), Marketing Automation
Finance

Support
Desk (helpdesk), Assist (remote support), Lens (AR support)
HR
People (HRMS), Recruit (ATS), Workerly (temp staffing)
Project Management

Collaboration

Breakeven Analysis: When Zoho One Pays for Itself
If all employees use Zoho One ($45/user), compare that to buying individual Zoho apps:
| App Combination | Individual Cost | Zoho One |
|---|---|---|
| CRM Enterprise only | $40/user/mo | $45/user/mo |
| CRM Enterprise + Books | $40 + $15/org | $45/user/mo |
| CRM Enterprise + Desk | $40 + $14/agent | $45/user/mo |
| CRM Enterprise + Desk + Books | $40 + $14 + $15/org | $45/user/mo |
| CRM Enterprise + Desk + Projects + Campaigns | $40 + $14 + $5 + $3 | $45/user/mo |
| CRM Professional + SalesIQ + Analytics | $23 + $7 + $24 | $45/user/mo |
Rule of thumb: If you need CRM Enterprise ($40/user) plus at least one other Zoho app that costs $5+/user, Zoho One at $45/user is the better deal, assuming all-employee pricing works for your company.
Zoho CRM Plus: The Middle Ground
CRM Plus bundles 8 customer-facing Zoho apps into one licence with per-user pricing (no all-employee requirement):
CRM Plus is ideal for sales and customer success teams that need CRM + support + marketing + analytics but do not need back-office tools (accounting, HR). It costs more than Zoho One per user ($57 vs $45) but does not require all-employee licensing.
Decision Matrix
| Scenario | Best Option | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Only need CRM, no other Zoho apps | CRM standalone | No reason to pay for 50+ unused apps |
| 5-person team, CRM + Desk needed | Zoho One ($45/user) | All employees use Zoho; $45 < $40 + $14 |
| 50 employees, 10 CRM users only | CRM Enterprise ($40/user) | All-employee pricing means $2,250/mo vs $400/mo |
| 20-person company, all using Zoho | Zoho One ($45/user) | Replace $200+/user in SaaS with $45/user |
| Sales team + support, no back-office | CRM Plus ($57/user) | Per-user pricing, no all-employee requirement |
| Enterprise (200+ employees) | Zoho One ($45/user) | Volume makes all-employee pricing efficient |
